Terms of Service

Effective August 18, 2026. By accessing DGT Games or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your region, to create an account. If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms, a parent or guardian must approve your use. Free Rip and Credit Casino are intended only for adults 18 and older.

Accounts

Provide accurate account information, protect your password and sessions, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Usernames are permanent. Account sharing, impersonation, stolen credentials, and attempts to evade suspensions are prohibited. Because DGT Games does not use email recovery, you are responsible for retaining your password.

Acceptable conduct

Do not use profanity or offensive, sexual, hateful, threatening, or harassing language in usernames, display names, custom content, trades, or communications. Do not bully, impersonate, dox, spam, scam, or disrupt other players. Automated filters may reject variations using numbers, spacing, symbols, or deliberate misspellings, but filtering does not imply endorsement of unfiltered material.

No cheating or abuse

Do not use bots, scripts, automation, modified clients, packet manipulation, multiple accounts used to gain an unfair advantage, matchmaking manipulation, collusion, fake trades, exploit duplication, market manipulation, denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering intended to defeat security, or abuse of bugs. Report serious exploits instead of using or sharing them.

Moderation and enforcement

Delta Gamma Tau may remove names or content, reverse illegitimate transactions, reset unfair scores, restrict features, suspend sessions, or temporarily or permanently ban accounts when reasonably necessary to protect players, enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, or satisfy legal obligations. Severe abuse may result in an immediate ban. Attempts to evade enforcement may extend it. Decisions may be reviewed after a request to support.

Virtual credits, cards, and markets

Credits, cards, packs, prices, portfolio values, loans, and trades are game features only. They are not money, securities, deposits, investments, gambling winnings, or property with cash value. They cannot be purchased, redeemed, transferred outside approved game features, or cashed out. Delta Gamma Tau may rebalance or correct the economy and may reverse transactions caused by bugs, fraud, or duplication.

User content

You retain ownership of original content you create. You grant Delta Gamma Tau a non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, display, moderate, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and promote DGT Games. Do not upload content you lack rights to use or content that violates law or these Terms.

Advertising and third-party services

The website and application may display advertising and use third-party hosting, platform, analytics, or advertising services. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy practices. Ads do not constitute endorsement by Delta Gamma Tau.

Availability and changes

DGT Games is provided on an as-available basis. Features, balances, markets, levels, and availability may change. Maintenance, outages, data loss, or discontinued features may occur. We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, DGT Games is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free data. Delta Gamma Tau is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Delta Gamma Tau may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, legal requirements, or discontinuation. Provisions concerning ownership, virtual items, disclaimers, enforcement, and liability survive termination where applicable.
