Privacy Policy

Effective August 18, 2026. This policy explains how DGT Games, operated by Delta Gamma Tau, collects, uses, stores, and shares information on ridderx.com and in the DGT Games application.

Information we collect

• Account information: username, display name, avatar choice, friend code, password salt and hash, sessions, friends, blocks, and account timestamps. Plain-text passwords are not stored.
• Game information: progress, settings, scores, balances, collections, market actions, trades, matchmaking state, custom-level metadata, and leaderboard entries.
• Technical information: IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, diagnostics, security logs, and information needed to prevent abuse.
• Local information: offline progress, preferences, cached market data, and session tokens may be stored in browser or device storage.

How we use information

We use information to provide accounts and games, synchronize progress, operate multiplayer and markets, secure sessions, prevent cheating and abuse, enforce the Terms, diagnose failures, maintain leaderboards, and improve DGT Games.

Advertising and cookies

The website uses Google AdSense and the iOS application may use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, web beacons, and prior visits to this or other websites to serve, personalize, limit, and measure advertising. Where required, a Google-certified consent platform provides additional choices.

Sharing

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate hosting, security, advertising, diagnostics, and platform features. Public profiles, display names, avatars, leaderboard scores, and multiplayer state may be visible to other players. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect users, DGT Games, or the public. We do not sell account passwords or permit cash-out of game items.

Free Rip

Free Rip stores authoritative balances, collections, market activity, and trades on the server, with limited local caching. It is a social casino-style game intended for adults 18 and older. It accepts no deposits or purchases and offers no cash-out, prizes, or items of real-world value.

Retention and security

We retain account and game information while an account is active and as reasonably needed for security, backups, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use password hashing, hashed session tokens, restricted data files, and encrypted HTTPS transport. No security method is guaranteed to prevent every incident.

Your choices

You may clear local browser data, sign out individual sessions, sign out everywhere, adjust advertising preferences, and request correction or deletion of account information. Deleting local storage alone does not delete server records. Requests may require account verification.

Children and age limits

DGT Games is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. Users who cannot legally consent to account processing in their region should use the service only with a parent or guardian. Free Rip and Credit Casino are for adults 18 and older.

International use and changes

Information may be processed where DGT Games or its service providers operate. We may update this policy as features, providers, or laws change. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
